Programs for Lent 2012

1) Bible Study on Monday evenings

Fr. Mitchell leads a Bible study on Mondays in Lent: 

• February 27
• March 5
• March 19
• March 26

The study will be held at the rectory and will begin with supper (PWYC) at 6 pm, followed by the study from 6:30 to 8 pm. We will be looking at the biblical texts associated with the medieval Lenten play to be performed at St Thomas's in March, namely: 

the raising of Lazarus; 
Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem; and 
the Last Supper.

2) Study Series: Dante's Inferno

Dr. Stephen Blackwood will lead us, over four sessions, through the first book of Dante's masterpiece, The Divine Comedy. 

Saturdays, March 3 and 10
10:30am - 12:00pm Session

Wednesdays, March 21 and 28
