Comtessa Medieval Ensemble from Montreal brings the music of the 11th to 15th centuries to life through dynamic performances and meticulous research. Using period instruments, the ensemble offers audiences an immersive journey into the soundscapes of medieval music. Listen here.
Formed in 2022 in Toronto, the Diapente Renaissance Vocal Quintet specializes in the beautiful music of the 15th, 16th, and 17th centuries. Combining solo and ensemble musicianship, and scholarly historical approaches to interpretation, Diapente presents the music of old to new audiences. Listen here.
